Many things have been said the teaching profession. “It is the noblest of all professions", it’s a splendored thing. It's a many- sided task. Its rewards are many, except material. This has been said about the teaching profession.

We should always inculcate in our mind that we want to be a teacher because teaching appeals on us. We are attracted to it because teaching is fun, having spent not less than two decades in the classroom and can assure every student that indeed, teaching is fun.

Teaching is a noble job that why only few of us wants to be a teacher .Teacher takes a big part of every students life because "teacher is not just the source of knowledge but the pathway of every person dreams. To produce an effective learning we must countdown the elements of teaching and learning. One of it is the learning environment, classroom is n instrument which can helped the students to be more productive and this place should be cleaned and comfortable area. It should be ventilated and well cleaned especially the comfort room.

 The Classroom also should have Mini library to sustain the needs of individual students to study and read some books also. This Classroom is important because this is were the place student is learning by this Classroom Management is reproduce and to state in condition because "classroom management is not teaching: it is necessary condition to teaching." an effective learning starts within basic environment because conducive learning can be gain in a well ventilated physical learning environment because it affects the student learning.

Next to it The Learner, "Every child is potential genius” why? Because The Learner is an  embodied spirit which are the spiritual acts , the source of intellectual abstraction , self-reflection and free rational volition that’s why learners are equipped of the cognitive and appetitive. To be able the learners will effectively adopt the learning stage you must had function of five senses because by the power of this senses, the learner is able to form representations of material object to work on the cognitive process and appetitive. As future teachers we should put it on our minds that let us care the embodied spirit-learner and let us feed his/her body as well as his/her spirit to holistically sustained because as what kelly said “Man does not leave by bread alone". We should always undergo the learners process so that we can understand them and to perfectly develop the intellectual quality of a student.

And the last element of teaching and learning is the Teacher. Teacher is not just a job. It is more than a job. It is a mission to carry out the knowledge we want to share among our student. We, teachers, are called not only to instruct pupils in our subject although this is our basic task and to do it well is a valuable service but also to be good influences to them. We, the teachers have the power to influence our pupils, to influence them to love learning. Just like what Henry Adams once said " A teacher affects eternity; no one knows where his influence stops. " which means that we should never underestimate your power as a teacher and never underestimate our power as teacher to make difference in the lives if our pupils.

For us a teacher to have that inner power, we should never stop studying. Never stop learning and always make an interaction within you the teacher and the learners. This is how you can keep that enthusiasm burning. When your enthusiasm for your subject and your teaching dies, the teacher in you also dies. When the teacher in you dies, you will start hating your subject and possibly your students, too. You will be burn out. To become teacher you must find out learn the best tool you had to give you’re student the best teaching method just like in assessing student , not all students can be assess performance based assessment , not all of them can be assist traditionally using the paper and pencil assessment .

In assessment there’s no such a best assessment and its true yet there is an excellent assessment that can be produce by a teacher because all teachers are given choices. Choice to choose the best assessment tool to give to our student, for example why use authentic assessment? Its because Authentic assessment is method of assessing students through the method real life situation to determined whether the student really understand and mastered the such lesson that can be learned authentically . Authentic based is really an advantage to some teachers because some student can easily get the lesson because they can reflect on Real life situation and by this according to professor , there is no perfect or best assessment yet  in the lesson, teachers are given by to choose among the types of assessment to had a an excellent teaching because as we all know primarily role of education is intellectual development that why we must give them the satisfaction to assess a student so that we may know if what they mastered , if they had mastered and if they mastered .

The teacher should know how grade his/her student to grade theme fairly because there is this content the in good classroom management there is always be an interaction within the student and the teacher so that there is relationship within and can build up an excellent learning strategies. Not all students have it the same characteristics so in order to teach them fairly. You must know you’re student first because in principle of teaching “Learning is an active process” so your class should actively attentive and you must strategies it. Good strategy leads to Proper Learning. The Assessment is a line in your learning objectives that why in teaching you’re strategies should be a line to learning objectives and goal you have. Learning is a Cooperative and Collaborative process it means that you teacher, the learning method, the strategy, you’re student and administration is inter related because in curriculum what is the need of society gives inter relation within the teacher, the student and the parent.  Strong dedication is what a teacher must have. Passion to teach and learning method leads you to success we should always aim for excellence because this is our mission to teach the young people and developed their intellectual quality because quality education can be gain through the inter relation within the teacher and student.

          The teacher is not only teaching lessons but rather inspiring every student in the process of learning and developing. Primarily role of education is Intellectual Development and by this, let us aligned our learning strategy to reach this. Teacher is not only teaching facilitating student but they are also inspiring there knowledge and enhancing skills to develop individual characteristics through the different kind of teaching and method of learning in the specific curriculum of education. Education is important to everyone because teachers gave impact no only in school but in real life situation as well. It took a big part of everyday leaving because the teacher is the key factor of education.

  

 Embracing you’re passion and determination to teach your student will be the gateway of an excellent teacher because we, the teachers should do be stick on best teacher but an excellent teacher. This profession feeds on continuing professional education because as we teacher it’s our calling, our mission to be a good influence on the young and impressionable. It is a very noble one. Our pupils and their parents, our colleagues, our superiors, we, you, yourself and God or Allah or whoever who is part of you’re audience have their eyes, you’re conscience on how will you answer this calling or carry out this mission of a teacher. We must be a model to all; we teachers should inspire every student to proclaim that goal of every teacher which is to make difference in the lives of their students.
